3D Laser Scanning - LiDAR 

  • We capture existing conditions and deliver highly detailed point cloud files that are fully registered and ready to import into    Revit or AutoCAD.

  • Our scanning process provides millimeter level accuracy which allows seamless integration into your CAD or BIM processes.

  • When an existing building is scanned, the Point Cloud output contains the building's walls, floors, ceilings, structural elements, etc. delivering the data your team needs to start designing.

  • We can also include 3D photo walkthroughs with fully measurable outputs.  This service is an excellent option for Realtors and Interior Designers who may not require full building documentation.

From Scratch Documentation

  • Comprehensive As-Built Documentation including options from point cloud files assembled and ready to import directly into Revit or AutoCAD, to Floor Plans, Ceiling Plans, Elevations, Sections, Building & MEP documentation, and MORE!

  • CB Drafting Services can provide drawings in Revit or AutoCAD that are ready to incorporate immediately into your workflow.

  • All work is internally processed from start to finish and sent directly to you upon completion.
